Politics, no need for CBI probe into Sushant's death due to Bihar elections: Sanjay Raut

Mumbai, Ta. Wednesday, August 19, 2020

The Supreme Court has handed over the probe into the death of Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput to the CBI. The court's decision has also led to an increase in politics. Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said the Mumbai police was capable of conducting an investigation, which did not require a CBI probe. With the Assembly elections coming up in Bihar, politics is being played out in this regard.

He has also targeted Bihar DGP Gupteswar Pandey following the Supreme Court decision. Sanjay Raut said that the DGP of Bihar is so happy with what he is doing that he is showing dance everywhere. Uniforms also have a dignity, only now the BJP flag is left in their hands. Is there less crime in Bihar? We have also seen many cases from Bihar being transferred to CBI.

Sanjay Raut also said about Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar that Nitish Kumar is a moderate leader, but politics breaks the restraint of the good. It may be mentioned that after the Supreme Court decision, Nitish Kumar said that Bihar did what is legal in this case. The decision of the Supreme Court has proved that all procedures are consistent with justice. We are all confident that justice will be served in this case as well.
