More than 2.5 million people are infected with corona worldwide, while 8.5 million patients die

The Corona virus, which started in Wuhan, China, has been spreading rapidly around the world for months. Corona virus cases have surpassed 2.5 million worldwide. At the same time, about eight and a half million people have died.

According to a table prepared by Johns Hopkins University, there are 5.9 million cases of infection in the United States. This is followed by Brazil with 38 lakh cases and India with 35 lakh cases.

The number of infected people worldwide is estimated to be much higher, according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. According to the center, the number of infections in the United States could be higher due to limited screening capacity and lack of signs of infection.

The epidemic has claimed more than 843,238 lives worldwide. Of these, 1,82,779 died in the United States, followed by 1,20,262 in Brazil and 63,819 in Mexico.
