New delhi date. 10 August 2020, Monday

BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay has filed an application in the Supreme Court in a population control case which is scheduled to be heard on August 14. In the midst of all this, he has written a letter to BJP president JP Nadda demanding a population control law. In the letter, Upadhyay wrote that at present, population explosion is more dangerous than bomb blast in India and it is very important to stop it. He also demanded the implementation of a uniform civil code.

Upadhyay wrote in the letter, "Respected Jagat Prakash Nadda ji, I would like to draw your attention to the root cause of 50% of the country's problems, the 'population explosion'. The Hon'ble Prime Minister has already expressed his concern over the 'population explosion'. The apex court had on January 10 this year sent a notice to the home ministry and the law ministry on my application seeking a population control law and the next hearing will be held on August 14.

BJP leader Upadhyay said, "Clean India, Healthy India, Literate India, Prosperous India, Prosperous India, Strong India, Strong India, Safe India, Inclusive India, without implementing 'Uniform Civil Code' and effective 'Population Control Act' It is not difficult to build a self-reliant India, a self-respecting India, a sensitive India and a corruption and crime free India. It is impossible to restore 'utopia' and make India a world leader. "

He further said that the population control law should come into force immediately and the ration card, water card, Aadhaar card, bank account, electricity connection and mobile connection of the person violating it should be discontinued. "There should be a lifetime ban on forming a political party and becoming a party functionary. Such people should be deprived of all other government facilities, including government schools and government hospitals, and should be punished for 10 years."
