There was a new information about Don Dawood Ibrahim who once had a monopoly on the whole of Bollywood. Dawood has recently been found to have gone mad behind one of Pakistan's average actresses, Mahvish Hayat.

At 27 years younger than Dawood, the actress was considered a very ordinary or, say, C-class actress in the Pakistani film industry. But the Pakistani film industry was shaken when Dawood, in recognition of his political prowess, conferred on the actress a highly prestigious civic honor, the Tamga-e-Imtiaz, in 2019.

A web portal even wrote that the Pakistani film industry was stunned and upset when Mahvish got the medal. A few years ago, no one even knew this young lady. According to the web portal, Mahavish received the award for being close to a very wealthy person in Karachi. Its contribution to the rest of the Pakistani film industry was negligible. The web portal wrote that the ruling party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), which has a strong presence in Karachi, also has a good grasp on justice, which is why it was able to give the award to Mahvish. Also imagine who the celebrities in Karachi are, the portal wrote.

The portal clearly stated that Pakistani films were being given to Mahavish only because of the pressure from a wealthy man in Karachi. Baki is a mediocre actress. Pakistan's telecom minister Fawad Chaudhry recently admitted in public that he had met Mahavish only once. Then the Prime Minister could not give an answer as to how Mahavish got the highest civilian honor.
