Bhumi Pujan festival in New York too, 3D images of Ram temple to appear on Times Square

After a long wait, now a magnificent temple of Lord Rama is going to be built in Ayodhya, the city of Rama. A three-day pujan ritual has started from Monday before the Bhumi Pujan to be held on August 5 in Ayodhya. The festival is also being prepared in New York, USA. Tomorrow, August 5th, is going to be the 'Ram Temple Groundbreaking Celebrations' in Times Square, New York. The ceremony will be held on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

According to Jagdish Sevahani, Chairman, Ram Janmabhoomi Shilanyas Committee (USA), Deep Pragatya program will be held on the evening of 5th August and Bhajan Sandhya is being organized. He said 3D images of Lord Ram and models of Ayodhya temple on Times Square would be the center of attraction. It will be mandatory for those participating in the program to wear a mask and observe social distance.

It may be mentioned that 9 Brahmins will perform pujan directly in the Bhoomi Pujan program on 5th August in Ayodhya. However on this occasion all the 21 Brahmins involved in the ritual, ritual will also be witnesses. Sankalpa will also be taken during Bhumi Pujan. This Sankalpa clarifies the purpose for which the worship is being performed.

The invitation letter of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi for the program on 5th August has given a time of 12:30 pm. The entire program is likely to last for 40 minutes in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Worship will be held in the sanctum sanctorum on August 5 and Ram Archana will be held in the vicinity of Ramallah in the temporary temple. The Prime Minister will also unveil the Shilapatta on the occasion. A Rs 5 postage stamp with a new model of the temple will also be launched. Apart from that, the Prime Minister will also plant Parijat at Hanumangarhi.
