A fire broke out in the Annexe building of Parliament. Soon four firefighters rushed to the spot and started extinguishing the fire. The fire broke out on the sixth floor of the Annexe building, according to a fire brigade spokesman. The fire may have been caused by a short circuit, the spokesman said.

It was not immediately clear when the fire started. But the news of a fire in the Annexe building of the Parliament House prompted the police and Laibamba to rush.
