Two terrorists were shot dead on the LoC, attempting to infiltrate the country

Naushera dated 29th July 2020 Wednesday

Security forces shot dead two Pakistani militants who had come to the LOC with the intention of creating unrest by infiltrating the Indian border. The two militants were in an infiltration distribution from an area near the border in Rajouri district. According to a military spokesperson, some of our jawans saw suspicious movements in the Naushera sector near the LOC. The troopers challenged the suspects. Then there was also an explosion. Soon the soldiers started firing back. However, there is a belief that the militants set foot on a mine set up as part of security in the area and the mine exploded and both the militants were killed. Another person was injured.

Indian Army personnel were investigating the bodies of the militants. It is possible that the terrorists who were coming back picked up the bodies of their comrades. Neither body was found by security forces. So far this year, 158 militants have been killed. Indian Army officials believe that as the first anniversary of the revocation of Jammu and Kashmir's special status approaches (August 5), the militants may be on the verge of attacking.

As far back as 1988-89, Pakistan had been carrying out such attacks from behind and nurtured terrorism in the name of jihad. The fact that dozens of terrorist groups are active in Pakistan is now known all over the world. In Jammu and Kashmir, one or two militants are caught or killed in clashes with security on a daily basis.
