The new formula of lockdown in the state, the markets will be closed two days a week

Amid the growing transition of corona in the country, the UP government has now decided to implement a new formula for lockdown.

The government has announced that the markets will now be open only five days a week. Markets will be open from Monday to Friday and closed on Saturdays as well as Sundays. During these two days everyone will have to sanitize their shop or office or place of business.

Earlier, the Yogi government had imposed a 55-hour lockdown from Friday to Monday. After that, there would be a lockdown two days a week. However, the required services are allowed to continue during these two days.

This was agreed at a meeting called to review Corona's condition. Because cases of corona are also increasing in UP.

The number of corona patients in UP has crossed 35000 and about 1400 new cases have come up in the last 24 hours.
