In Jammu and Kashmir, the security forces have started cracking down on militant outfits and the militants have started targeting BJP leaders in Kashmir.
Terrorists recently killed a BJP leader, his brother and father. Now BJP leader Mehrajuddin Malla has been abducted in Sopore.
Police told a newspaper that Malla was walking on the road with his friend when the terrorists intercepted his vehicle and picked him up. A massive search operation has since been launched to find him.
Terrorists have killed 19 elected representatives in Kashmir since 2011 because terrorist organizations do not want the democratic process in Kashmir to succeed.
