Prime Minister Narendra Modi had earlier tweeted that he would discuss the Kargil warriors in detail in the Mann Ki Baat program. The PM paid tributes to the heroes of Kargil and said that their heroic stories would continue to inspire generations.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has remembered the bravery of the country's soldiers on Kargil Victory Day. The Prime Minister said in the Mann Ki Baat program that although India wanted friendship with Pakistan at that time, Pakistan had hatched a big conspiracy and emboldened the Kargil war. This war was won by India's true prowess.
PM Modi said India will never forget the circumstances under which the Kargil war took place. The nature of evil is to be at enmity with everyone without any reason. Pakistan is doing the same.
