India helps other countries without any agenda, without naming PM Modi's attack on China

PM Modi has hit China hard. PM Modi targeted China in his speech at the inauguration of the Supreme Court building in Mauritius, which was constructed with the help of India.

PM Modi said that India is not a country that traps other countries under the pretext of helping in development projects and then tries to make it its own continent. History has taught us that a number of countries have been forced to participate in development. The foundations were laid and then the world became different groups.

PM Modi said that India respects the freedom and diversity of other countries. Diversity, the future is at the heart of India's development partnership with other countries. India always respects its partner. There is no stipulation when undertaking a development project.

He said that India has more than one vision of partnership. Today, India is working with other countries in all fields like culture, energy, IT, sports, science. India is happy to build Parliament House in Afghanistan and Mahatma Gandhi Convention Center in Niger. India has no agenda for this.
