Telangana: Relatives of Koro infected woman cremated, report positive 19

Nineteen out of 25 people have tested positive for corona after attending the funeral of a corona-positive woman in Sangareddy, Telangana. These people were involved in the funeral of a woman on June 10 in Zahirabad, Sangareddy.

These people were tested on Saturday after showing symptoms of corona and 19 of them tested positive for corona. All of them have been admitted to Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad for treatment.

The woman lived in Shanti Nagar Colony, Zahirabad. The woman died during treatment. Meanwhile, when the woman's corona was tested, the corona came out positive.

The woman's corona report came after the death

The 55-year-old woman was undergoing treatment at a private hospital. His corona sample was taken on June 9, shortly after which the woman died. However the hospital administration negligently handed over the woman’s body to her family without waiting for Coro’s result. The woman's relatives cremated her body in a traditional manner.

Shantinagar Containment Zone declared

People in Shantinagar are upset after the report of the woman's corona came. The administration has declared Shantinagar a containment zone and testing is being done in 350 houses. The administration has also sanitized these homes.
