The whole world is now watching the violent clash between the armies of India and China in the Galvan Valley. Twenty Indian soldiers have been killed in the clashes and China has also suffered heavy losses.

The US has also turned its attention to the tension between India and China. A US State Department official said the US was fully aware of what was going on between India and China at the LAC.

"The Indian military has confirmed that 20 soldiers have been killed and we offer our condolences to their families," a State Department official said. Both India and China have agreed to resolve the dispute and withdraw troops from the border.

According to the US, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Donald Trump had a phone conversation on June 2, which also referred to the Indo-China border dispute. We want both countries to end this dispute peacefully.

The United Nations expressed concern

In addition to the US, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres also expressed concern over the conflict between India and China over the Line of Actual Control (LAC) issue in Ladakh and urged both countries to exercise restraint.

UN Assistant Spokesman Eri Kaneko said he was concerned about reports of violence and deaths between India and China at the Line of Actual Control. He also urged both the parties to exercise utmost restraint.

The recent dispute between India and China is being discussed globally and the media in the US and UK has largely covered the whole incident.
