Not all Corona patients need to go to the Covid Center, LG ordered

New delhi date. Thursday, June 25, 2020

In Delhi, it is no longer mandatory for corona positive patients to go to the Kovid Center. Vice-Governor Anil Baijal has reversed his earlier decision, saying that if a person tested positive for corona, it would be mandatory to keep him at the Covid Care Center for the first five days. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority on Thursday.

In Delhi, if a person is positive for corona, he does not have to go to Covid Care Center for self-examination, but according to the old system, people from the government and administration will come home and do a clinical assessment and physical assessment to see if a corona positive person is fit for home isolation.

The meeting decided that if a Corona positive patient does not have proper arrangements to stay at home in isolation, they will be kept in Covid Care Center, but if a patient is willing to fully comply with home isolation in their own home, there is no problem in doing so. It is not necessary to stay in the center.

According to the latest figures, corona is spreading faster in Delhi than in Mumbai. The number of Koro patients in the capital Delhi has crossed 70,000. While 2365 people have died. According to the ministry, the highest incidence of corona virus is in Maharashtra, followed by Delhi. Corona cases in Delhi have risen sharply in the last one week.
