Lockdown extended till July 31 in West Bengal

Corona cases are on the rise in West Bengal. For this reason, the West Bengal government has once again decided to implement a lockdown in the state. The lockdown will now be in force in West Bengal till July 31. However, the Mamata Banerjee-led government also said that there would be more concessions in the lockdown than before.

The Corona virus has once again sparked talk of a lockdown in the country. First Chennai, then Guwahati and now West Bengal have implemented lockdown. Many other cities, including Bengaluru, are also considering re-imposing the lockdown. Due to the rapid growth of corona in metros, the number of corona virus cases in the country has crossed four and a half lakh.
