A case of bidding Rs 18 lakh for a Rs 60,000 Scooty VIP number came to light in Himachal Pradesh yesterday but the madness of Balwinder Sahani, an Indian-origin businessman from Dubai, for the number plate is annoying.

Balwinder Sahani has spent a whopping Rs 67 crore for a single car number. Sahni wanted a D-5 number for his new Rolls Royce car and for this he has paid 33 million dirhams or Rs 67 crore.

Baliwander is a well-known name in Dubai. Here people call him Abu Sabah. His car is also known as Prem. Earlier, he had spent crores of rupees to get number 09. Earlier, he had paid Rs 51 crore for a car number 05.
