Earlier, Congress spokesperson Surjewala, responding to BJP's allegations, said that the Chinese embassy had donated Rs 1.45 crore for the Foundation's project on the disabled as well as for a project on India-China relations. Secondly, the amount received by the foundation from the PM Relief Fund was used during the tsunami in Andaman and Nicobar.
