Rains in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana have brought relief to the people, the outbreak of Loon will subside in the next few days

Apart from the national capital Delhi, the situation has changed in some parts of Haryana and Punjab. The rains in these states have relieved the people from the unbearable heat while the scorching heat wave continued in many parts of Uttar Pradesh and central India. Chandrapur in the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra was becoming the hottest place in the country with a maximum temperature of 45.4 degrees Celsius.
The maximum temperature in Rajasthan dropped by six to seven degrees Celsius as the weather changed and people were relieved from the heat. However, the maximum temperature in most parts of the state remained at 40 degrees Celsius, up from 50 degrees a few days ago. With the exception of Telangana and Vidarbha, the heat wave has eased in most parts of the country and the meteorological department has forecast no heat wave in any part of the country from May 30 to June 2.
The rains brought down the temperature in some parts of Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana while scorching heat prevailed in Uttar Pradesh. The meteorological department has forecast southwest monsoon in Kerala from June 1.
