Online courses will start from May 30 in 100 universities, education will be imparted through TV

Students will now study through TV during the Corona virus, the government has allowed 100 universities to take online courses. A separate program is being created for disabled students.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on May 12 announced an economic package of Rs 20 lakh crore in view of the Corona virus epidemic.

In a press conference, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman asked the finance minister how the students could study during the lockdown and what the government's arrangements are for it.

Nirmala Sitharaman said that Swayam Prabha DTH channel will be launched to deliver educational programs to students in our country, this channel will help students living in villages a lot.

The Finance Minister said that online education has been used in the field of education. Direct DTH channels were the first 3, with 12 more new channels being added.

Work is also being done in that direction to add live interactive channels. States are requested to broadcast 4 hours of content, which can be shown on live channels.

Meanwhile, the government has allowed the country's top 100 universities to start online courses from May 30, 2020, with separate programs being prepared for students with disabilities. There will be a separate TV channel for each class.

The government is focusing on online learning. In this regard, the government will start a channel for first class to 12th class. That is, there will be one channel for each class. A dedication program will be started to keep the children mentally healthy.
