New delhi date. May 6, 2020, Wednesday

As the death toll from the corona virus continues to rise in the United States, US President Donald Trump has claimed that the effects of the corona virus have begun to wane. Trump says he is now at the forefront of the fight against the Corona virus, meaning further steps will be taken to open up America.

At one event, Trump said America is beating the Corona and millions of Americans have been locked in homes for too long so they are winning. Thousands of American lives have been saved so far and work will now begin to gradually open up America.

Trump's remarks come at a time when the death toll from corona in the United States has risen again in the past 24 hours. In the last 24 hours, 2,333 people have died in the United States, bringing the total to 71,000.

Trump claims there has been a sharp drop in the number of new cases and deaths in the past week, indicating a better situation than many countries. He also claimed that the United States was the only country where more than seven million people had been tested for the corona virus. Notably, US President Trump is now slowly moving in the direction of opening up the US and has been largely delayed in several states.

Pubs, restaurants, etc. have started opening in many states of America and soon Trump will also start his election rallies.
