Bhubaneswar, Ta. April 4, 2020, Thursday
The Orissa government has extended lockdown in the country until April 30 amid rising coronary patients. It became the first state to do so.
Amid discussions over whether the lockdown will be prolonged, the Orissa government today announced that it will extend the lockdown by April 30.
It is now assumed that other states located in Oudh can follow Orissa and announce. Earlier, it was assumed that the PM would hold a meeting with the state chief ministers on Saturday and a decision would be taken after that.
Orissa, however, did not understand the wait and see the seriousness of the situation.
