Coronavirus: 88,981 patients killed in 193 countries, positive case crosses 1.5 lakh

The death toll from the Corona virus epidemic increased to 88,981 Thursday (April 9). This information is derived from AFP based on data from government sources.

There are 15,19,260 reported cases of coronary infection in 192 countries worldwide. So far, 3,12,100 people have recovered.

Information collected by AFP's top government officials and the World Health Organization (WHO) shows only a fraction of the number of infections.

Many countries are only investigating serious cases. The highest number of deaths occurred in Italy in which 17,669 people died, while 13,94,22 cases of infection.

There are 15,2446 infections in Spain, of which 15238 have died. The United States has the highest number of infected people, 14,817 people have been killed by the disease. In France, 10,869 people have died and 11,2950 have died of the virus.

After this, 7,097 people have died of infection in Britain and the number of confirmed cases is 60,733. The transition started from China. There are 3,335 deaths and 81,865 cases.

After treatment, 77,279 people recovered. Somalia has also announced that one has died due to the corona virus.
