Delhi Violence: Every minute there were four calls coming to the police control room asking for help

Four days of storms in Delhi have shaken the whole country. Delhiites may not have forgotten these horrific storms all their lives.

Many people are blaming the police for this. However, during the past two days, there were so many calls from the police seeking help that the police could not handle all the calls.

According to police, during the two days, 10820 calls came to the control room to ask for help. Every minute the police were receiving four calls. Forty percent of the calls came from North East Delhi.

Police say that with such a large number of calls, it was not possible for the police to go everywhere.
