COVID-19: Yogi government gives first installment of Rs 1,000 to laborers over 20 lakh

Yogi Adityanath's government has issued lockdown orders across the state in view of the ever-increasing crisis of Corona virus.

In the meantime, he said, the state government has made arrangements for the employment of the workers under the leadership of the Prime Minister with a view to make everyone involved against the global pandemic corona virus. Chief Minister Yogi said that our government is providing Rs.1000 per annum allowance to rakdi, bhela, khumacha, rickshaw, e-rickshaw puller and pilgrims.

Initiation of labor intensive nutrition plan

Chief Minister Yogi initiated a labor rehabilitation scheme from his government residence at 5 Kalidas Marg, during which he also gave a check of Rs.1000 per 4 workers. He said that seeing the outbreak of the corona virus, people's employment has been affected by the creation of social distance and home quarantine. Due to which this arrangement has been made.

These people will be given free ration

Chief Minister Yogi said that we are providing free ration to the Antyodaya Yojana ration card holders, depressed elderly pensioners, Divyangan pansons, construction workers and day laborers. It has been arranged to provide 20 kg of wheat and 15 kg of rice.
