Corona arrived in 11 states: the second death in Delhi, 81 in a virus outbreak


Bangladesh-India-bound train buses closed till April 15, 42,000 people under surveillance

The corona virus is now spreading across the country. This has led to shutdowns in many states of the country, several schools and colleges have been closed. So far 81 cases of Corona have been registered in the country.

On Thursday night, seven new cases came up. A 76-year-old man has died in Karnataka due to a coronary virus, while now another 69-year-old man has died in Delhi on Friday so far two people have been killed by coronas in the country. Corona virus has been reached in 11 states.

Among the states which are currently the tightest, include Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala. According to data released by the Ministry of Health, Corona has spread to 116 countries so far and 1,31,500 people have been affected.

While five thousand people have died, the biggest impact is in China, where around 3500 people have been killed. The Ministry of Health has also said that this is not a health-related emergency and people need not panic.

About 1031 people have been rescued and brought to India from China, the Maldives and the US. While the passenger train running between India and Bangladesh has been stopped till April 15th. About 42,000 people are currently under community surveillance in the country.

In view of this situation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also advised SAARC countries to hold meetings through video conferences. While in the country, schools and colleges in Bihar, Karnataka, Delhi, Odisha have been ordered to close completely. BCCI has also suspended the IPL tournament which was scheduled to begin on March 29.

Karnataka has killed the first coroner patient in the country, which has closed all the malls, theaters, pubs, night clubs and places in the state where people are getting more crowded. Also advised people to cancel public events, including summer camps.

The 76-year-old died in Kalburgi, Karnataka, with about 46 people approached, who have also been kept under surveillance following the possibility of the virus, and there are recent alerts across the country.

The borders have also been sealed and 19 of the 37 have been recognized for international traffic at the Border Checkport while the rest have been sealed. A 69-year-old man has died in Delhi.

Modi invites video conference to SAARC countries to meet Corona

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to the SAARC countries to hold a meeting with a video conference to discuss what steps can be taken to tackle the Corona virus.

Modi's appeal was welcomed by Sri Lankan President Gotbaya Rajapaksa, Maldivian President Ibrahim Mohammed, Nepalese Prime Minister KP Sharma and Bhutan President Lotya Tashing. The move was also welcomed by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh and the Government of Afghanistan.
