British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his long-time partner Kerry Symonds announced their engagement on Saturday, saying a child would be born at their home in a short time. The couple's spokeswoman said the two were happy to announce the engagement.

Johnson, 55, and Kerry, 32, were the first unmarried couples to move to 10 Downing Street, the official residence of Britain's prime minister last year. ' Prime Minister Johnson and Miss Symond are delighted to announce their engagement. They will also be the parents of the offspring in the summer, 'the spokesman said.

Johnson and Wheeler have four adult children, including Lara, Milo, Casey and Theodore, who were married 25 years before they separated. This will be Jonson's third marriage. Johnson met Allegra while studying at Oxford University, and they were married in 1987. Thus Allegra was his first wife.

He was divorced in 1993 when his marriage collapsed and Johnson married Wheeler the same year. His wife was Samantha Cameron. Florence Rose Andelion was born in August 2010 at the couple's home.

Lymonds and Johnson first met when Symonds was the head of the Conservative Party's broadcasting division. He now works for the conservation of the sea, and recently there were reports that he had been appointed the first woman on Downing Street.
