Reliance Group Chairman Anil Ambani's inquiry is underway at the ED's office in Mumbai. Anil Ambani is being questioned about the money laundering case of Yes Bank.
It is worth mentioning that, ED. On March 16, Anil Ambani was summoned for questioning. Anil Ambani sought more time for questioning by giving a reason for poor health.
It was reported that eight subsidiaries of Anil Ambani Group Company had taken a loan of Rs 12,800 crore from Yes Bank. The ED had then hinted at Anil Ambani's inquiry.
The ED has decided to issue summons to all indebted businessmen on the Yesbank issue, officials said. The ED has conducted an inquiry into the loan process as well as the link with Rana Kapoor of Yesbank. However, the Reliance Group said in an official statement that the company had no involvement in the money laundering allegations and there was nothing wrong with the loan process. Earlier, the company also announced that the loan taken from Yesbank is fully secured and the company will repay the amount within the stipulated time.
