Shame on the Judge's Transfer: Priyanka Gandhi Vadra

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi-Vadra had taken the central government on the issue of transfer of Delhi High Court Judge S. Muralidhar.

Priyanka said that if the transfer of the High Court judge, be ashamed. The judge just did his duty. The judge sought the police's response to ensure that the police remained idle.

On Twitter, Priyanka wrote that the overnight judge's transfer was a matter of embarrassment and anxiety. Priyanka wrote that people have a lot of faith in the judiciary. The government was breaking people's trust.

It was also informed that today Congress will visit the President and make a statement against the transfer of the judge. Earlier today, at 12 noon, Congress will march from Vijay Chowk to Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Other Congress leaders have not yet responded to the judge's transfer issue.

The midnight transfer of Justice Muralidhar is not shocking given the current dispensation, but it is certianly sad & shameful.
