Prashant Kishore accused of theft in Bihar

Patna, Ta. 27 February 2020, Thursday

In Bihar, a Prashant Kishore who was deemed proficient in devising tactics to win the election was in Bihar. A burglary complaint was registered against him.

An FIR was registered against him under section 406 (criminal trespass) and section 420 (fraud and fraud) of the Indian Penal Code (Indian Criminal Code).

Not long ago, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had expelled Prashant. Prashant then called Nitish Kumar on the one hand as his father and on the other hand claimed that Gandhi and Godse could not go along. Since Nitish Kumar decided to stay with the party (BJP) in Godse, I did not have to leave separately.

Prashant had planned a program called Baat Bihar Ki and outlined Bihar as the number one state in the next ten years. On the first day, he received the support of more than three lakh people. He claimed that I am not going to contest the elections or form a new party, only work for the development of Bihar.

But now he was shocked by filing an FIR against him. At present, he has to bring a statement of police complaint against him first. Then other works can be taken in hand.
