Modi the second Prime Minister of the US President who has visited India for the first time

New Delhi, December 3, Monday, Monday

Indian President Donald Trump welcomed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Ahmedabad. At the same time, Modi became the second Prime Minister of the United States, in whose rule the 7 US President came to India. President Barack Obama came to India earlier during Modi's first term as PM. After Clinton, Manmohan Singh was the Prime Minister when George W. Bush (Jr.), wife of Laura Bush, arrived in India on the 5th. Even when US President Barack Obama came to India with wife Mitchell in the 5th, Manmohan led the UPA government. Thus, this is the second time that two US presidents have traveled to India after Manmohan Singh.

The president of the world's superpower, the president of the United States, becomes the pride of that country. In any part of the world, the security responsibility of the US president is the sole responsibility of his security agencies. From D Eisenhower to 4th, to Donald Trump in 5th, there have been 7 Presidents who have traveled to India, but no President has visited the same Prime Minister twice.

India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru ruled the country for five years, but during his long tenure, Eisenhower made only one visit in the 5th. Indira Gandhi served as Prime Minister for a total of five years, from 1 to 2 and from 1 to 5, but during her long tenure, Richard Nixon, the only President, visited India.

Richard Nixon was the proud president of Indira Gandhi. When Jimmy Carter of the United States visited India in the 5th, Morarji Desai was the Prime Minister of India, replacing Indira Gandhi. Ronald Reagan and George HW Bush, who took over as President of the United States after Jimmy Carter, did not travel to India. Bill Clinton had come to India as US President in the 9th year after a long gap of five years, under the leadership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
