Delhi High Court Judge S Muralidhar, who has been criticizing the inaction of the police for the past three days, has been replaced overnight.
The judge filled the court in his house at midnight and dismissed the police for not being able to overcome the violence on Wednesday.
According to the latest information, President Ram Nath Kovind was transferred to the Punjab Haryana High Court in Muralidhar after deliberating discussions with Chief Justice Sharad Arvind Bobde.
However, according to a government spokesman, a meeting of the Supreme Court's collegium was found on February 12, and it was then that Muralitharan's decision was made. Therefore, he has not been changed to criticize the police in the Delhi violence. This clarification was made to avoid misunderstandings.
The judge found himself in court Tuesday night and instructed police to deliver the injured to the hospital, assisting them.
On Wednesday, he made a statement in the court that we should not allow 1984 to be repeated. In addition to criticizing the police, he showed video clips of BJP leaders in court.
