CBI clinch case for corruption case against Rakesh Asthana

At one time Prime Minister Narendra Modi's special observance and former special director of the CBI Rakesh Astharthana has been released from corruption charges.

In addition to the unrest, Deputy Superintendent Devendra Kumar has been given a clean chit in the 2018 corruption case. In addition to corruption, the Prevention of Corruption Act was charged with corruption, criminal conspiracy, criminal misconduct, etc.

A businessman from Hyderabad, Satish Babu Sana, alleged that Rakesh Astarthhana had taken bribe, while after the allegations, then CBI Director Alok Verma had filed a complaint against Rakesh Ashratha and others.

However, Rakesh is falsely claiming that Satish Babu Sana's allegations are false and Alok Verma has filed a complaint against me on the basis of these false allegations.

Alok Verma and Rakesh were both the directors of the CBI between Ashtarutha when allegations of confrontation and confrontation took place. So that both were later removed.

Although the CBI was still investigating the corruption allegations against Rakesh Astharathan, he has now been cleared of the case. The investigating agency claimed that there was no evidence that could substantiate the allegations leveled against Rakesh.

Satish Sana from Hyderabad was also charged in the money laundering case of Moin Qureshi, after which Satish Sana claimed that he had Rakesh Asterthana demanding the bribe and promised to rescue me in return.

While the agency says there was no evidence to substantiate the allegations. While another accused, Manoj Prasad, was also arrested, the agency said there was no connection between Manoj Prasad and Asaratha.
