Both Shah and Kumar were raped in April 2013 in the Gandhinagar area of ​​Delhi. Both fled the crime scene. The kid was only five years old when this rap was imposed on him. She remained unconscious for a long time, and two days after the incident, she was rescued from the site and treated at the hospital. The case became known more as a doll gang.

The victim's father, who was convicted in the case, said that the trial lasted for six years, even though it was a long time, but we still felt that justice was finally achieved. The offenders will be sentenced on May 30.

In 2013, both the culprits were arrested by the police. That same year, the police also filed a charge sheet. It took more than five years to make statements of about 57 witnesses and complete the trial in Poxo court.

However, when the perpetrators were presented in court, they clashed with outside media personnel, causing minor injuries to some journalists. The court later took note of the incident and asked the media personnel to submit a complaint in writing. The incident happened when both Kumar and Shah were being taken to court.
