The Internet banned 106 times in the country last year, a loss of 9245 crore

Recently, the Supreme Court dismissed the Central Government over the internet and ordered that the internet be removed where necessary. In the meantime, there have been reports that the sanctions were banned in Kashmir on August 5th, 2019, which has now been 158 days.

In the last year, the country has suffered a loss of about Rs 9245 crore due to the restrictions imposed on the Internet in 2019 for various reasons.

Comparing these losses internationally, India ranks third in the loss of internet due to the ban. While Iraq and Sudan are ranked first, where terrorism is more prevalent.

According to a new research, internet has been banned 106 times in India in 2019. Iraqi internet bans hurt $ 2.3 billion, while Sudan also lost $ 1.87 billion.
