New delhi date. January 27, 2020, Monday

The Citizenship Resource Act (CAA) has been brought by the central government of Modi and there are protests taking place across the country. Amidst this situation, matters are also increasing internationally.

A proposal has been drafted by MPs in opposition to the CAA in the European Union's European Union Parliament. For the first time, it is being proposed that more than 150 MPs are simultaneously in the European Union regarding Indian law.

More than 150 MPs in the European Union's parliament of 28 countries have drafted the proposal, claiming that the Act will lead to very dangerous changes to the standard of citizenship in India. This will make a very large number of people in the country stateless, without any citizenship. And that can lead to a citizenship crisis in India.

The five-page proposal prepared by MPs suggests that applying the law could lead to major humanitarian crises in the world. India, on the other hand, has replied that whether or not any law should be enacted, it is our internal matter, the CAA is our internal matter.

MPs from 28 countries alleged that the law imposed by the Indian government was against minorities. Because it discriminates on the basis of righteousness as well. The enactment of such laws disregards human rights and political treaties. At the same time, the Act is also violating Article 15 of the European Union's International Human Rights Agreement and India has signed the Article.

New delhi date. January 27, 2020, Monday

CAA protests are taking place across the country, with MPs alleging that the Indian government has tried to suppress the voices of those who are raising opposition to the CAA.

If both the CAA and the NRC get together, the citizenship of many people will be stripped. The Government of India has replied that the citizenship law is an internal matter of India and it has been passed in both houses of Parliament. When the Congress said that the Modi government made the internal issue an international issue.

Vice President. Venkaiah Naidu said that nobody has the right to discuss India's internal affairs. France also said that the CAA is an internal matter of India and we will not interfere in it. Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that the European Union Parliament, which spoke on the CAA, would also talk about the atrocities committed on Hindus in Pakistan.
