Jammu and Kashmir DSP Devender Hizbul was on payroll merged with terrorists

The shocking information was received by the National Investigative Agency, Jammu and Kashmir's police chief, who was on the payroll list of Hezbol Mujahideen, mingled with the militants.

The NIA's detectives were interrogating Devendra Singh, who was arrested on January 11 as an aide to terrorist Naveed Mustak. Day by day, new sparks erupted in conversation.

According to an English newspaper report, Devendra worked on the salary of Hizbul Mujahideen to help Naveed Mustak manage the vehicle for transport. When Devendra was arrested, he was on his way to Jammu to save Naveed from the cold. Navid was about to leave for Pakistan from Jammu.

According to information given by an NIA official, Devender was bargaining with Hizbul for Rs 20-30 lakh. Earlier, it was helpful to take Naveed elsewhere but he was bargaining as his remuneration was not paid. For the past few years, Naveed has been a paid man.

Naveed told the NIA that Jammu and Kashmir was in constant contact with an independent MLA. The MLA was helping him. There were three independent MLAs in Jammu and Kashmir. One of them was helping Naveed to hide constantly.
