Bareilly's 'Nirbhaya' finally sentenced to death in Justice Rap-murder case

A woman was persecuted just like the Nirbhaya atrocities in Bareillyma in Uttar Pradesh. Also known as Bareilly's Nirbhaya case.

In this case, the court pronounced the sentence and sentenced the culprits to death. Two people have been convicted in the case, who will now be hanged.

The family and witnesses of the rap victim have been demanding justice for the past four years. However, there were not many obstacles in reaching the case to justice.

Occasionally, witnesses were threatened by family members, but none of the family and witnesses repented. Along with the witnesses, the police and lawyers also played an important role.

On January 29, 2016, the family found the body of their daughter, who was examined by the family. Viewers of the body were only guessing what really happened.

The police became such a PM, but when the report came out, people were conscious. The girl was raped severely and later murdered. Even wood was found in his private part. There were lesions in several places.

Police tried to search the accused but were not found. However, Ramchandra, a citizen of the village, said that Murarilal and Umakant had come to seek help. They were talking about protecting him from the police.

Upon receiving this information, police arrested both the accused and produced them in court. The charge sheet was filed in 2017, though the case lasted for two years in court. At the end of the verdict, both the rapists and the killers have been hanged.

Uttar Pradesh's worrying rise of 20% in cases of mistreatment of women

Uttar Pradesh has seen an increase in the number of rapes and rapes on women. Uttar Pradesh's incidence of crime against women, including rapes, has increased by 20 per cent between 2016 and 2019.

The 2017 Crime Record Bureau's report was issued in October last year, stating that 56011 cases of atrocities against women were registered in 2017 while 59445 cases were reported in 2018 on the other hand. On the national level, Uttar Pradesh is at the top in terms of oppression of women.

In Narendra, a similar incident occurred in Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh. In which criminals have been hanged today, rapes and killings on women, on the other hand, are still going on.
