Five people were killed when a truck collided with a car in a car in the outskirts of Gauriganj police station in Amethi area of Uttar Pradesh on Monday night.
Immediately upon receiving the news of the accident, the police ran away and took over the bodies. The accident was so severe that the police had to call for a JCB machine to evacuate the people who were trapped and killed in the Bolero car.
All of the deceased were residents of the area called Lala Ka Purwa Bharatha. The men came to visit Sambhava village in Gauriganj area to inquire about the relative of one of them being treated at the hospital. The sick were on their way back to visit a sick relative.
An oncoming truck collided with boilers. All who were taken out of the bolero by the JCB machine were taken to the district hospital where doctors declared five persons dead and admitted one to the emergency ward.
