81 year old beggar sentenced to 20 years in jail for raping eight-year-old girl

The special court has sentenced the 81-year-old to 20 years in prison for raping an eight-year-old divorced girl in the neighborhood.

At the time of the incident, a third-grade schoolgirl was returning home at 5.00 pm, leaving her nephew in tuition, while the begging elder pulled her into the room. This room was given by a woman to sleep with. The old man closed the door of the room and committed obscenity with him.

The child had earlier told the mother that she had urinated in the wardrobe, but the mother suspected that she was glued to her while changing the clothes. After asking the girl for a while, her aunt asked her about the incident.

Special government prosecutors Surita Singh and VD More said that DNA from the accused's semen and the substance found in the baby's clothing matched. In another case, a 30-year-old man was sentenced to five years in prison for improper kidnapping of a six-year-old neighbor. The accused youth has been living with the brother's family in this building for the last 15 years.

The accused was cleaning the building. A complaint was filed last year. The baby crying at a local shop came running to the house crying.
