Raj Thackeray's MNS, Owaisi's two MIM's and CPIM's MLAs remain neutral

(Special Representative) Mumbai, Ta. November 30, 2019, Saturday

In Maharashtra, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray's government has proved a majority in the Assembly. Uddhav Thackeray's trust vote resolution was approved in the House by 0 votes against 169 today and Uddhav Thackeray won the vote with a overwhelming majority.

Uddhav Thackeray endorsed 169 MLAs in the 288-member assembly floor test while four legislators remained neutral and did not vote in favor of anyone. BJP legislators had a walkout.

Thus, no vote was cast against Uddhav Thackeray's government during the voting. Congress leader Ashok Chavan presented the trust proposal of Uddhav Thackeray's government. NCP leader Nawab Malik and Shiv Sena leader Sunil Prabhu supported the proposal. Under the trust proposal all first member votes were taken and counted.

In the wake of heavy political drama in Maharashtra, BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis and NCP leader Ajit Pawar resigned as prime minister and deputy chief minister after Governor Bhagat Singh Koshari invited Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray as the leader of Mahavikas Aghadi.

Then at the Shivaji Park, Uddhav Thackeray was sworn in as the Chief Minister and Shiv Sena leaders Eknath Shinde, Subhash Desai, NCP leaders Jayant Patil, Chhagan Bhujbal and Congress leaders Balasaheb Thorat and Nitin Raut as ministers.

The cabinet yesterday appointed Dilip Vikas-Patil as the Protem Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, after the governor ordered Uddhav Thackeray's government to get a vote of confidence by December 3rd, which the governor approved. A two-day special session of the Legislative Assembly was convened today to get a trust vote.

BJP legislative party leader Devendra Fadnalese, who started the house proceedings at two o'clock this afternoon, did not follow the rules of the house by calling the Point of Order and then the Point of Procedure. The oath of the cabinet is not in accordance with the rules, the appointment of a Protem Speaker has several appointments. So why change the Protem speaker? It was objectionable to raise such questions. Ashish Shelar's warning prompted all BJP MLAs to step down.

However, Protem Speaker Dilip Vikas Patil firmly prosecuted the house and rejected the issues of Devendra Fadnavis. He answered Devendra Fadnavis' questions and said that only issues related to housing will be dealt with in the assembly. Responding to another question, the Cabinet has the right to change the Protem Speaker. Cabinet sends recommendation to Governor Only after the Governor's order has the Proteum speaker changed.

Responding to Fadnavis' third question, the Protem Speaker said that secret ballot was not conducted as per the Supreme Court order. The Supreme had clearly stated that there would be no secret ballot to stop horse trading and the live action of the House would be aired.

When the Protem Speaker asked Uddhav Thackeray to submit a motion of confidence to the government, Ashok Chavan, Nawab Malik and Sunil Prabhu expressed their sole belief in the Legislative Assembly's confidence in the cabinet of Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray under Assembly Rule-23.

Prithviraj Chauhan and Chhagan Bhujbal supported this resolution. Earlier, Dilip Vikas Patil, who was shouting for the resolution with a sound vote, had walked out of the house, shouting slogans. The Protem Speaker then instructed that the trust vote resolution be live telecast as per the Supreme Court order and that the resolution be counted from each member.

Ordered the marshal to close the door. After all members were opposed, the resolution was submitted for voting. With 169 votes in support of the resolution and zero votes in opposition, Chief Minister Uddhavkar won the trust vote.

All India Matalis A Immadul easily defeated two of the Muslim (MIM), one of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena and one of the Marxist Communist Party and remained in the party for 2.54 minutes. Protem Speaker Dilip Vakas Patil won the confidence vote of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.

Responding to the objection of Devendra Fadnavis against the oath of Uddhav Thackeray and Cabinet Ministers, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said that if it was a crime to name the names of Shivaji Maharaj, Shahu-Dule-Ambedkar, then-father, I would repeat this crime. Besides, Eknath Shinde, Chhagan Bhujbal, Jayant Patil and Balasaheb Thorat also responded to Fadnavis.

After taking oath as Maharashtra's chief minister, Thackeray came to the House in the first assembly and embraced BJP leader and former chief minister Devendra Fadnavis sitting in the opposition's seat before the floor test process began. He then sat down in his seat.

This led to a more unique picture of the legislators in the people and auditoriums of Maharashtra. The two leaders, who had worked together before, sat opposite each other today.

For the past 30 years, the Shiv Sena-BJP alliance was in Maharashtra. For the past five years, Shiv Sena has been a partner in the BJP government in Maharashtra and has completed five years without rest. Uddhav Thackeray had shown his heart by being such an old partner.

Shiv Sena calls Indira a martyr and Rajiv a sacrifice for the country

With the development of the Congress-NCP Congress alliance in Maharashtra, the Mahavikas alliance government, Vissena's attitude has been leaning towards the Congress. In Shiv Sena's mouthpiece 'Samana', Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government has questioned the removal of SPG security of the Gandhi family of Congress by providing Z plus security in its place.

In 'Samana', the Shiv Sena applauded former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi as a martyr and former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi as a sacrificial leader for the country. Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi are mentioned in the killings. After the assassination, the Gandhi family was given a threat as security was given to them.

However, the present government has removed SPG security, saying that there is no danger to their lives. The Shiv Sena said the tensions with the Nehru family have increased over the past five years. The Shiv Sena has mentioned that Indira Gandhi was not from one party.

They belonged to the nation. It is also written that the Prime Minister, Home Minister and other leaders are still in the security cage today. So that means the country is not safe even today.

The name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is at the forefront of security leaders. The Shiv Sena questioned the government that it was worried to know that the opposition's security fleet would send old cars. It is also mentioned in the 'Samana' mouthpiece.
