According to the details, Payal was detained by Ahmedabad by Rajasthan police. It is worth mentioning that the video was filed by Rajasthan Congress leader Charmesh Sharma in the police. The Rajasthan Police has taken action in this regard.

Payal is accused of making derogatory remarks with Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira and Rajiv Gandhi along with Motilal Nehru. Pyle uploaded this video on Facebook on September 21.
