Students from many institutions of the country fell to Maida to protest the Jamia lathicharge

Citizenship laws brought by the central government are being protested nationwide. Amidst this situation, various universities of the country are also protesting. In Jammu, Delhi, there were fierce protests by students and family members, after which the police had lathiized students and injured several students.

Following the incident, students from different universities of the country are also taking part in the exhibition. When several students gathered outside Jamia University and protested against the police's lathi charge and the release of tear gas. Late at night the students came without wearing a shirt.

In the bitter cold, the students gathered outside the University Gate and started protesting. The students demanded that the CBI be investigated by the police for the atrocities committed by us, as well as the students who raised the slogans of Inquilab Zindabad.

While the protest was held at IIT Bombay, IIM students, Lucknow University students, Hyderabad, Delhi Univ. Students from Nawada College in Lucknow also joined the exhibition. More than 10 university students from across the country and some university professors also joined in the exhibition.

Anus Siddiqui, a local student, said that the police had called us terrorists. Our fellow student friends were brutally beaten by the police. Police rushed to the bathroom, the library, and killed the students. The protests we are protesting today are against the Delhi police bullies.

The students alleged that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and VC Najma Akhtar had not even come to see us yet. Another student, Rakshanda, said that the police had targeted the students after the police failed to stop the violence. Two disabled students were also injured in the lathi charge by police during the demonstration.

Students from other states also joined in the protest and protested against the government. It is currently being demanded by the students that any students who were beaten and stabbed by the police were investigated by the CBI and both the central and state governments should pay attention.

Hyderabad Univ. : Many students boycotted the exam at Maulana Azad National Urdu University.

Tata Institute: A rally was organized by the students of Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai.

Delhi Univ. : Students Uni. Announced the lockdown, in addition to the exam.

Kerala Central Univ. : The students boycotted the study at Central University, Kerala. Students from Puducherry University held a rally.

Mumbai Univ. : Several students gathered near the Kalika campus outside the gate of Manubhai University and chanted slogans at Mardabad.

Cochin Univ. Cochin Univ. (Science and Technology) students took to the streets and staged rave demonstrations.

IIM: Several students staged demonstrations outside the main gate of IIM-based Ahmedabad, detaining 50.

IIT: Several students from IIT Madras, Bombay, Kanpur performed with a placard in hand.

Other Univ. : Jadavpur Univ., Makhanlal Chaturvedi Univ. Osmania Univ., Benares Hindu Univ. Several students from Madras University exhibited.
