Road ready in Doklam, the army will now be able to reach 40 minutes in seven hours

Doklam, Ta. December 29, 2019, Sunday

India has built a road in Doklam, which will allow Indian troops to reach Doklam very easily. The Border Roads Organization (BRO) made the road about 60,000 km long this year alone. In 2017, there was a very tense situation between Indian troops and Chinese troops in the same area.

Several bridges have also been built in the area. With the help of this road and bridge, the army will be able to reach the border easily in times of crisis. In addition two large tunnels, 19 airfields have also been developed.

In 2017, when the border was in a state of turmoil, it was difficult for Indian troops to reach the area. However, the army will not face any such problem now, the local officials said.

Road development BRO is building a tunnel in the water in the Brahmaputra river. The Border Roads Organization (BRO) has been tasked with building about 61 roads along the Indo-China border.

Its length is about 3346 km. The organization has designed a 19.72 km long Bhim Base Doklam Road. Due to this, it will take only 40 minutes for the Indian army to reach Doklam, whereas earlier it took seven hours to reach the area.

Chinese troops have infiltrated the border several times. This year, the BJP MP himself demanded that the government take appropriate action on the intrusion by Chinese troops in Arunachal Pradesh.

At present, security is becoming a major challenge for India besides Pakistan along the Chinese border. In such a situation, if roads are constructed in the hills and in such border areas, it can be helpful to deal with them when there is a shortage.
