Jharkhand Assembly polls 56.58% voting in fourth phase

Fifteen seats in the fourth phase of the Jharkhand assembly were held in today's elections, which accounted for 56.58 percent of the vote. Officials said most of the peaceful voting took place.

However, he showed a slight change in the total voting figures. There was no violence during the polls that started at Giridhar, Deoghar, Dhanbad and Bokaro at seven in the morning and most of the peaceful voting took place, officials said.

Voting was done at 3 pm in Jamua, Bogodar, Giridhar, Dumri and Tundi, while people voted at 5 pm for the remaining seats. In today's election, Labor Minister Raj Paliwal (Madhopur) and Land and Revenue Minister Amar Kumar Buhari (Chandanakari) were the main candidates.

Jharkhand's Chief Electoral Officer said that out of 6106 polling stations, 587 were declared emergency and 405 were considered sensitive. In today's polls, a total of 4785009 voters, including 23 women, used a total of 2244134 women and 81 third-party voters, for a total of 221 candidates.

The total voters included 34106 elderly and 66321 satirists. There was a webcasting of 2122 polls. Of the 70 polling booths, only women served. Where there were more than 16 candidates, more than one EVM was used .9902 were ballet units and 7628 control units and 7931 were VVPAT machines.
