Nine people were reported dead in a fire in a garment warehouse in the Kiradi area of New Delhi on Sunday night.
According to the fire brigade, the fire was caused by a short circuit. This was the second incident of a major fire in capital New Delhi in the last fifteen days.

The fire in the warehouse of the garment rapidly swept the entire building, and those inside didn't even get a chance to escape. The dead included women and children, a spokesman for the fire brigade said.
