BJP leader Kuldeep Sanger guilty of misconduct

Former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sanger has been found guilty of raping a teenager in Unnao in 2017. The trial will now take place on December 18th. The victim was a minor at the time of the rape which means that Kuldeep Singh Sanger is guilty under Poxo and has been sought for life imprisonment.

In 2017, Kuldeep Singh Sanger raped Sagira in Unnao in Uttar Pradesh. The CBI investigation was also launched after the kidnapping and raping of the teenager.

The Delhi court has displeased the CBI by expressing its displeasure over the CBI's repeated calls to the victim for questioning. The court questioned the CBI why the chargesheet was not filed on time. The court had told the CBI why the chargesheet was not filed for one year.

Earlier, a case was being held in Lucknow, but hearing was held every day after the Supreme Court order in August last month and after hearing the order in 45 days, Nirbhaya Kand was convicted exactly seven years on the same day. General Chat Chat Lounge Delhi's Tis Hazari court ordered another woman accused Shashi Singh released from all charges.

While declaring Kuldeep guilty, the court said that the victim was a minor at the time of the incident. He was raped by intimidating her and threatening to harm her family. The girl did not grow up in a big city, grew up in a small village and yet fought a powerful man in the state. Arrangements have been made in the hospital itself to take testimony of the victim in the Delhi hospital.

On April 4, 2018, the victim's father was assaulted by his brother by a legislator's brother. Police have been jailed for beating the victim's father.

- Allahabad High Court orders CBI probe on April 10, 2018.

- Kuldeep Singh Sanger was finally arrested on April 13, 2018.

- On May 8, 2018, the CBI presented strong evidence against the MLA.

- On April 17, 2018, two policemen were arrested for killing the victim in jail.

- CBI filed chargesheet on July 11, 2018, and Kuldeep Singh Sanger was also charged.

- On August 18, 2018, a witness died suspiciously.

- On July 12, 2019, the victim said in writing to the then Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi.

- On July 28, 2019, the victim's car was hit by a truck, leaving the victim seriously injured. Her aunt and aunt died.

August 1, 2019: The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court ordered the hearing of the case immediately and moved the case from Lucknow to Delhi.

The victim of a small village boldly fought against Kuldeep Singh Sanger, one of the most powerful leaders of UP, but in the meantime his family was defeated. The victim's father was jailed for wrongful accusation of assault and police tortured him so physically that he died in jail.

If his wife did not give a ticket to the district panchayat by the Samajwadi Party, he made an independent candidature and made his wife the president of the district panchayat.
