West Bengal by-election, Mamata influence unchanged, BJP hits

New Delhi, Nov 28, 2019, Thursday

The BJP has also been hit by a by-election of 3 seats in the West Bengal assembly.

In the ongoing counting for these three seats, it seems once again that the influence of Mamata Banerjee in West Bengal is still unchanged. Because the Trinamool Congress has won one of these seats and Mamata Banerjee's party is running ahead of the Trinamool Congress on two seats.

BJP state president Dilip Ghosh contested the Kharagpur seat. Wherever he is likely to lose.

For the first time since the Lok Sabha elections, the Trinamool Congress and the BJP were in a confrontation. These three seats included Kharagpur, Karimpur and Kaliaganj.
