Supreme hits Congress: Demands for floor test today

The Supreme Court today issued notice to the Center, Maharashtra CM and Deputy CM, hearing the petition of the Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress against the Devendra Fadnavis government in Maharashtra.

The matter will now be heard at 10:30 am on Monday. The court today dismissed the demand from the Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress lawyers to conduct a floor test today. The court said that on Monday morning, the governor, the CM and the deputy CM had submitted the documents to the governor in court.

Applicants for the hearing in the court of Justice NV Ramanna, Justice Ashok Bhushan and Justice Sanjeev Khanna in the Supreme Court have appeared in NCP's Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Shiv Sena's Kapil Sibal court.

There from the central government. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta presented. Mukul Rohatgi appeared in court from BJP MLA and two non-party MLAs. Apart from this, Congress leaders Prithviraj Chauhan and Randeep Surjewala were also present.

What happened in court?

The Supreme Court asked the Solicitor General at 10:30 am to present the document presented to Devendra Fadnavis Governor in the court. A second hearing will be held tomorrow in the Supreme Court.

The court has issued notice to all these parties. The Center has asked the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister to submit a letter. Mukul Rohatgi said, "The Legislative Assembly honors the court and the court should honor Sadan.

Justice Ramana said, Mr Rohatgi, the Supreme Court has already settled the issue. The Governor cannot administer the oath of office to anyone.
