Mumbai: Creditors did not let Anil Ambani leave the company

Reliance Communication Company Chairman Anil Ambani and four other directors had resigned after creditors appealed to them to participate in the bankruptcy process.

Reliance Communications gave this information to the stock market on Sunday. Vimpan said that a meeting of our creditors was held on November 20. It was unanimously decided not to approve the resignation of Anil Ambani and four other directors.

Earlier this month, four other directors of the company, including Anil Ambani, resigned Rai Karani, Shadow Virani, Manjri Kakar and Suresh Rangachar.

The company said that the creditors expressed the opinion that all the employees of the company were responsible for what happened so the directors should cooperate in the process of declaring the company insolvent.
