The governor gives the BJP 30th time to win a majority

(By Delegation) Mumbai, Ta. November 23, 2019, Saturday

The biggest political earthquake occurred in Maharashtra and Indian politics in a single night between Friday and Saturday. It was decided to form the Shiv Sena-NCP and the Congress government by Friday night.

But when people got up this morning, they saw BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis taking oath as the second deputy chief minister and Ajit Pawar as deputy chief minister. In the meantime, this spread like a fire in the kingdom.

Often, I will come ... Devendra Fadnavis, who has said that I will come, has done so by swearing in as CM before finally claiming to form the Shiv Sena, the NCP and the Congress government. In this way, Shiv Sena leader Uddhav Thackeray's lips became the chief minister. Thus, the BJP has given a tremendous blow to the Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress.

By now, it was decided that Uddhav Thackeray would become the chief minister in the Shiv Sena's NCP and Congress' Mahavikas coalition government. But instead, Fadnavis is sworn in to political history.

The Shiv Sena's dream of forming a government in Maharashtra has just been mixed. In fact, Sharad Pawar's nephew, Ajit Pawar, the nephew of NCP chief and a chess player of politics, has taken the oath of office as Deputy Chief Minister.

Governor Bhagat Singh Koshari has appointed Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis till November 30 to get a majority. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national president Amit Shah greeted Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar after Devendra Fadnavis took oath.

Thus, by removing the Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress from the present power, Amit Shah has once again proved to be a good player in Indian politics. Ajit Pawar is the group leader of the NCP's legislative party.

And Devendra Fadnavis is the group leader of the BJP's legislative party. Both leaders claimed to have a government claiming to have a majority before the governor by presenting the figures of 105 BJP and 14 Independent MLAs and 54 NCP MLAs, which Governor Koshari accepted.

He recommended to the central cabinet to lift the presidential rule from the state overnight, following which the cabinet last night recommended the president to lift the presidential rule from Maharashtra.

The Cabinet proposal was signed by the President late at night, at around 5.45 am, the President's rule was abolished. The Governor then administered the oath to Fadnavis as the Chief Minister and Ajit Pawar as the Deputy Chief Minister. He has given Fadnavis until November 30 to prove his majority in the House.

Modi-Pawar meeting discussed

Modi and Pawar meeting in political circles became the focus of discussion after the news that the BJP along with the NCP had formed the government in Maharashtra. A meeting was held in Delhi on Wednesday between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and NCP chief Sharad Pawar. The 40-minute meeting saw speculation in the political circle that the two had a rift. However, Sharad Pawar had put a stop to this speculation by holding a press conference with the Shiv Sena.

BJP at last hour turned all aspects upside down

What happened in one night was that all aspects of Maharashtra's politics turned upside down. Until now, the BJP, which has been marginalized and not giving any kind of statements, has formed a coalition with Ajit Pawar at the last minute and has become the second government of Maharashtra to Devendra Fadnavis. Thus, the last one month, the pull of the rope on the issue of forming the government has finally come to an end and the biggest loss in the entire incident has been to Shiv Sena.

Attendance of counting guests at the oath ceremony

When Devendra Fadnavis took oath as the Chief Minister and Ajit Pawar as Deputy Chief Minister at 8.00 am on Saturday morning, Ajit Pawar's son Parth Pawar was present at Dhananjay Munde and 10 NCP MLAs and Chandravani, Chandravandi's wife, Chandravandi Chandrakandi. His daughter and mother were present.

Modi Indira se kam nahin hai ...

President Ram Nath Kovind signed the draft to withdraw the presidential rule from Maharashtra at 3:30 pm. This phenomenon is linked to the political crisis in 1975 by political analysts.

He says that the then President Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed signed the decree on imposing internal crisis in the country. Analysts say that PM Modi is also working in Indira style. There is another resemblance to the lifting of the presidential rule from Maharashtra on Saturday and the 1975 crisis.

The presidential rule has been in force since November 12, when the election results were announced in Maharashtra last month. The Modi government lifted the presidential rule from the state on Friday night using Rule 12. In 1975, the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi also imposed a crisis in the country without consulting the cabinet as the head of the administrative branch.

The big question is how the BJP will be sworn in but how will the government be formed?

A discussion of three possibilities within the political circle

(By Representative) Mumbai, Ta. November 23, 2019, Saturday

In Maharashtra, the BJP government under Devendra Fadnavis has sworn in. Devendra Fadnavis has been sworn in as the Chief Minister and Ajit Pawar as Deputy Chief Minister. The government has now been given a deadline to achieve a majority until November 30. There are now three possibilities to win a majority in the legislature.

Ajit Pawar Group has endorsed the BJP. But according to the law of retaliation, the support of two-thirds of the MLAs is required if there is support from the other party. If there are 54 legislators of the NCP. Of these, 41 MLA Ajit Pawar should be supported. According to the Prisoner of Law, Sharad Pawar, the Fadnavis government cannot achieve a majority if it takes action against the NCP MLAs.

Another possibility is that the NCP. We have the letter of the signature of the 54 legislators, ”BJP leader Tacher Mangantiwar has claimed. But the BJP has 105 MLAs. If the letter of the NCP legislators is received, then the BJP has 159 MLAs.

There are more numbers than the majority. There is a question as to whether Ajit Pawar's whip as a group leader in the rituals is binding for the legislators. Sharad Pawar has announced the removal of Ajit Pawar from the party's group leader.

Hence the NCP. What a role it is like to see. The Fadnavis government cannot achieve a majority, Sharad Pawar said. A third possibility is that the BJP has the strength of 105 and Ajit Pawar's 20 to 25 MLAs can win a majority by supporting the politics of splitting. Now everyone is looking at what will happen in the legislature.
